How do I use the Krown Worthy wrap?

Will the headwrap fit on my head?

Our wraps have a circumference of 18 inches and stretch to a circumference of 25 inches. Please see our video on how to measure your head for additional instructions

Does this work for locs/braids/weaves?

Yes! Our long capped wraps are made with locs and hair extensions of all types in mind. As long as your head measurements are within our recommended range, our wraps can accommodate hair of all lengths. 

I don’t live in the US/Canada can I order?

Yes! We ship globally and try to account for all applicable taxes and duties for your country at checkout. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties required by your country of residence. 

But my hairstyle is really long, are you sure it will fit?

We challenge you to push our wraps to their max capacity. If your wrap doesn't fit, we are happy to refund your purchase with the return of the product and a filled feedback form so we can continue to improve our products. We are currently working on expanding our sizes. 

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges for items postmarked within ten (10) days of the delivery date. The item(s) must be returned in new condition in the original packaging with all tags attached. You receive a return form with all purchases and we ask that you fill out and send it along with any return or exchange to prevent delays in processing. The full return shipping cost is payable by the customer and original shipping costs are not refundable. In the case of an exchange, once we receive your item and confirm the requested exchange, we will ship the exchange item at no additional cost. If your item was received in a damaged condition please email us at contact@krownworthy.com BEFORE mailing it for return or exchange.
